Warranty Policy for SportScreen Products:

Register your Warranty

The SportScreen and The SportScreen Golf Studio have a limited manufacturer defect warranty of 1-2 years from the date of original consumer purchase depending on the model. Proof of original receipt required along with photos of the defect(s). If it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, and subject to the limitations and conditions described below, The SportScreen will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the consumer. The warranty is subject to the following limitations and conditions:

• The Vanish Series and Parlour Series golf enclosure models, are covered by a 2-year warranty. Vanish LITE models are covered by a 1-year warranty.
• A bill of sale verifying the consumer purchase and purchase date must be provided.
• This warranty will not apply to any product or part thereof which is not working or broken or which has become inoperative due to abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect or lack of proper installation, operation or maintenance (as outlined in the applicable owner’s manual or operating instructions) or which is being used for industrial, professional, commercial, or rental purposes.
• This warranty will not apply to normal wear and tear or to expendable/consumable parts or accessories that may be supplied with the product that are expected to become inoperative or unusable after a reasonable period of use.
• This warranty will not apply where damage is caused by repairs made or attempted by others (ie. persons not authorized by the manufacturer).
• This warranty will not apply to any product that was sold to the original purchaser as a reconditioned or refurbished product (unless otherwise specified in writing).
• This warranty will not apply to any product or part thereof if any part from another manufacturer is installed therein or any repairs or alterations have been made or attempted by unauthorized persons.
• This warranty will not apply to normal deterioration of the exterior finish, such as but not limited to, scratches, dents, paint chips, or to any corrosion or discolouration by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners.
• This warranty will not apply to component parts sold by and identified as the product of another company, which shall be covered under the product manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
• This warranty does not apply to Vanish Series products purchased in the EMEA or Australia regions. To receive full warranty coverage in these regions, products must be purchased through an authorized and verified reseller operating within the local market. Find an authorized reseller near you.

Additional Limitations/Exceptions

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Neither the retailer nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any other expense, loss, or damage, including, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising in connection with the sale, use, or inability to use this product.
• Some light scratching or minor indentations may occur on your SportScreen during shipping or manufacturing — this is normal and does not affect performance. These are not warrantable as they are expected and do not affect the functionality of your unit. 
• The warranty for the SportScreen Golf Studio is applicable only when a SportScreen Golf Studio Impact Screen is being utilized or if purchased through an authorized distributor of The SportScreen. 
• The SportScreen is meant for hockey, soccer, baseball and lacrosse; if used for golf, the warranty no longer applies. If looking to purchase products for golf, please refer to The SportScreen Golf Studio or DIY Golf Golf Studio Page. 
• Impact screens are not included in the warranty as they are a consumable product. Our impact screens come with a 2-year manufacturer defect warranty and an Impact Screen Wear and Tear Loyalty Warranty. This loyalty warranty provides replacement impact screens for general wear and tear at a discounted rate of 20% off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). To qualify for this warranty, customers must have registered their warranty, provide photos of the current impact screen for verification of eligibility, along with proof of purchase. 
• Any creasing on the SportScreen or impact screen surfaces may also occur due to packaging during transit and will naturally smooth out over time with product use and gravity. See suggested information for Impact Screen Care.
• The SportScreen has been designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, the SportScreen Golf Studio is specifically designed for indoor use. If installed outdoors, its warranty will be void.
• For those opting to Build A Studio on our DIY Golf Golf Studio Page, the 2 year warranty is replaced by a limited 60-day warranty on individual components of the SportScreen Golf Studio. These components are eligible for 60 day warranty coverage provided they have not been modified or subjected to DIY alterations. Please note that all custom-parted components are non-refundable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary from province to province or state to state. The provisions contained in this warranty are not intended to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim, or exclude any statutory warranties set forth in any applicable provincial, state or federal legislation.

Q: What is the difference between the 16 and 16H Vanish models?

A: Studios marked with an “H” have increased height while maintaining the same width, improving projection ratios and image quality, especially for 16:9 content.

Q: Can both right- and left-handed golfers use the Vanish Series?

A: Yes. The Vanish Series, like the Parlour Series, is designed to accommodate both right- and left-handed players in the same enclosure.

Q: Can I mount a Vanish Series to walls or ceilings?

A: Yes. Vanish Studios can be mounted to either walls or ceilings using the included versatile mounting brackets, as long as you maintain the required clearances behind and beside the screens.

Q: What ceiling heights work with the Vanish Series?

A: The Vanish Series is compatible with ceiling heights from 62" to 115". For taller ceilings, 2‑foot extensions are available to add extra height.

Q: How far from walls does the Vanish Studio need to be mounted?

A: The enclosure should be mounted 8"–12" off the back wall, and the side screens should be positioned 6"–8" off the side walls.

Q: What prevents golf balls from going between the impact screen and side screens?

A: Front and side baffles, along with corner pieces, seal the gaps and ensure that no balls can escape through the sides or corners of the enclosure.

Q: Can I purchase replacement screens or parts in the future?

A: Yes. Replacement screens and additional parts are available if your impact screen or components wear over time.

Q: How forgiving is the Vanish Series during mishits?

A: The Vanish Series is fully enclosed on the sides, back, and top, providing full ball protection and making it one of the most forgiving enclosure options for off-center or high shots.

Q: Can I use the Vanish Series for more than just golf?

A: Absolutely. You can watch movies, stream the big game, play video games or VR, and, when paired with a standard SportScreen system (sold separately), use the space for sports like hockey, baseball, soccer, and lacrosse.
